The Management Team:

The Executive Directors of the company are highly experienced individuals who have held multi varied roles in petroleum industry at management level both in Ghana and Europe.The Management Team is made up of the following persons:

BERCHIE ACHEAMFOUR
He is in charge of the day by day operation of the company.  He is supported by Messrs, Aseidu and Obeng. His full profile can be found below.

ACP (RTD) VICTOR TANDOR
He has vast experience in security and transport having beign in the police service for years. He is in charge of the company’s security and transport department. His assignment cover all strategic security issues of the company.

KOBINA DARKO ASEIDU
Mr. Kobina Darko Aseidu is a lawyer.  He is a Non-Executive Director of the company.

The accounting task of the company has been outsourced to a firm of chartered accountants called Pro financial consult.

The Accountants specifically detailed to our account is D.K. Bediako, who is a chartered accountant with over 15 years post qualification experience. His experience as an Accountant cover banking, insurance, commence, services industry, timber industry etc.

The company has outsourced it’s legal issue to Mr. Kobina Darko Asiedu

Berchie Acheamfour is Founder and CEO of SHALOM OIL.

 He serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Shalom Oil and its affiliate companies which include UNIQUE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LTD.

Shalom oil, Ghana’s leading company in the Manufacturing and Wholesale Suppliers of Automotive Lubricant was founded by Mr. Berchie in 2005. In addition to this he has founded a consortium of companies including the above, SHALOM ROYAL and BERCH SHALOM CONSTRUCTION LTD.

He has 20 years’ experience in the oil and property construction industry and extensive knowledge of project management, operations and procurement across numerous sectors, in Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, including high-end residential development and management, mixed-use developments, renovation and refurbishment of infrastructure, maximization of under-utilized land use, hotels and leisure facilities,

Shalom Oil and its associated companies, has reliably provided automotive lubricants to the Ghanaian market. He has constructed and operated more than 10 fuel / petroleum stations with one stop shopping centers.

Mr. Berchie utilizes years of experience and strategic employee management to deliver quality performance in a safe and cost efficient manner. His personal skills include effective decision making, ‘Can do’ attitude, and has appetite for International Business development. A passionate leader with first class financial acumen, he has a long track record of successful management.

He also has extensive knowledge of all current economic, social and regulatory issues especially in the construction and oil industry. An inspiring and motivational manager with first-rate interpersonal skills, he possesses the ability and passion to develop the vision of any company he manages. He can push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. He always ensures that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained in all his companies.

He is a known philanthropist in the Ghanaian Charitable community.
